Bevelpane panels are designed to enhance the appearance and performance of any PVCU or aluminium double glazing system. Formed by use of a vacuum process, Belevelpane’s comprehensive range of door panels are extremely attractive and outstandingly durable.

By combining high quality 100% PVCU with Pilkington and leading continental manufacturers’ glass, we have been able to create a range which offers excellent thermal insulation alongside pleasing aesthetics. 

The Bevelpane unit comprises of two PVCU skins pressed at three and a half tons per square metre to a core of E.H.D.N, polystyrene, using adhesives, which complies with BS5750 and is resistant both to heat and moisture. The result is a core material free of CFC’s with a rigid fire retardant skin, which is proof against rotting weathering or warping, so Bevelpane units retain their colour stability regardless of exposure to sunlight.
